Terms and Conditions
	1.	All flights are operated by British Eagle Ltd and are bound by the rules and regulations of the UK Civil Aviation Authority and the European Aviation Safety Agency under AOC licence No GB2309.
	2.	Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
	3.	If you decide to cancel your voucher within 7 days of purchase you will be refunded in full.
	4.	Our aircraft have a maximum combined weight limit for passengers of 185 Kg's (29 stone). We reserve the right to refuse flights where the combine weight of the passengers exceeds this limit.
	5.	We reserve the right to offer flights in any of our operational aircraft which may include multiple vouchers occupying the same flight.
	6.	The minimum age limit for passengers is 5 years old and each passenger must occupy an individual seat.
	7.	We accept disabled persons subject to safety requirements and each disabled person must be accompanied by an able bodied individual.
	8.	Passengers are not allowed to bring on to the aircraft any bags or hand items (except cameras and videos) or items of a flammable nature such as matches and lighters.
	9.	All flights are subject to weather and maintenance planning and passengers should check with the British Eagle website or flight operations before departing for the airport.
	10.	Vouchers are transferable but may only be used once. It is the discretion of the voucher holder which passengers accompany them on the flight subject to British Eagle Ltd terms and conditions.
	11.	Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
	12.	Passengers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to flight and are not permitted to smoke in any of the buildings or aircraft. The aircraft commander will have the final decision on allowing passengers on board the aircraft.
	13.	Flight times include take-off and landing of approximately 7-10 minutes
	14.	No responsibility will be accepted by British Eagle Ltd for passengers expenses and or inconvenience due to the cancellation of their flight due to operational reasons. Where a flight has been cancelled an alternative date will be arranged for the flight.
	15.	British Eagle Limited will use the information you provide for the sole purpose of providing a pleasure flight and no information will be passed on to any individual, company or organisation.
